This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of mandamus declaring the in action of the respondent nos 3 to 6 to forbid the 7th respondent from involvement of civil matter forcing the petitioner to settle the civil matter pending in court even in
2 subsistence of interim order and keeping shop keys of Hailand Shoes bearing D.No.3-13-31, Bonda Enclave Bhimavaram for settlement with the 7th respondent as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and voilative of fundamental rights of the petitioner and contrary to Articles 14 19 and 21 of the constitution of India consequently direct the respondent no 2 to 4 to take necessary action under criminal and disciplinary proceedings against the 7th respondent besides providing compensation to the petitioner against the loss sustained due to illegal activities of the 7th respondent in the official duty”
