The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 02.01.2025 in W.P.No.28173 of 2024.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the order dated 02.01.2025, the 2nd respondent passed a speaking order dated 22.07.2025.
3. Since a speaking order has been passed, this Court does not find any violation of the order 02.01.2025 in W.P.No.28173 of 2024.
4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 22.07.2025, if aggrieved. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
