There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last occasion i.e., on 17.02.2025. Therefore, the matter is directed to be listed to 25.02.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits since the prayer in the present writ petition is only for disposal of the representation dated 14.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner, let there be a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 14.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner. He further submits that if the said representation submitted by the respondents is otherwise in order, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, without going into merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, if the said representation was not yet disposed of by the respondents. Further, the respondents are directed to communicate the same to the petitioner. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
