This Court, vide order dated 13/12/2023, passed in MCRC No. 8122/2023, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Govind Ram @ Panda Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make GOURI MUDALIAR Digitally signed by GOURI MUDALIAR Date: 2025.06.12 20:25:29 +0530 2 an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 13/12/2023. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) Raipur, District Raipur vide his request letter dated 28/04/2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case 9 prosecution witnesses have been examined and 4 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Summons/bailable warrants have been issued on many dates to secure the presence of witnesses due to which trial could not be concluded within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for grant of further time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
