No. 19 of 2024 B E F O R E HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 05-12-2025 [1] Heard Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(Review Pet.) No. 19 of 2024 and Mr. S. Yainanda, learned counsel for the respondents/writ petitioners. [2] Manipur Public School Society filed the present application, i.e. MC(Review Pet.) No. 19 of 2024, for condoning the delay in preferring the review petition against the judgment and order dated 24-05-2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 749 of 2022 where certain directions were issued. It is submitted that the applicant is aggrieved by some of the observations made in the impugned judgment and order and wants clarification from this Court. In approaching the Court, a delay of 59 days has been caused and the same is unintentional and due to the official process. [3] Mr. S. Yainanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order considering the averment that the review petition is filed to clarify certain observations made by this Court in the impugned judgment and order dated 24-05-2024. [4] Concerning this, the delay of 59 days is allowed and MC(Review Pet.) No. 19 of 2024 is disposed of. [5] The Registry is directed to register the review petition if the same is in order.
