Statement of facts has been filed by the respondents in compliance with the order dated 13.12.2010, wherein it has been stated that upon receipt of this Court order dated 13.12.2020, the Tehsildar concerned conducted an enquiry and submitted a report on 21.01.2021. However, this report was challenged by the private respondent-Parveen Akhter through an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, which appeal is stated to have been dismissed by the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, vide order dated 24.03.2012. 02. In view of the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, the respondents/contemnors are directed to comply with the order complained of which requires the respondents/contemnors to pass appropriate orders for re- engagement of the petitioner, provided that the Tehsildar’s report supports the petitioner’s claim. The respondents/contemnors, under these circumstances, are directed to ensure compliance of the judgment and order dated 13.12.2010 without any fail, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The contempt proceedings, thus, are closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek 30 2 CPSW No. 170/2011 revival of the same or else file a fresh petition in the event the respondents/contemnors fail to comply with the aforesaid part of the order dated 13.12.2010.
