Heard Sri Rajkapoor Upadhyay learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents and Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayers:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 under the U.P. Dependents of Government Servant Dying in Harness Rules, 1974, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is argued that representation made by the petitioner before Respondent no. 2 namely District Judge, Bareilly but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner will submit a representation before the respondent No.2/District Judge, Bareilly, he will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation ventilating all her grievances before respondent No.2/District Judge, Bareilly, along with all relevant documents and papers on which the petitioner are making reliance and a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the representation is filed within the stipulated period, the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate orders most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
