4 The Court made the following order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The
learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s prime account, maintained with the 5*^ respondent, was in freeze on account of certain erroneous credit into the account of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has remitted the amount of Rs.1,99,999/-, which is wrongly credited to the account of the petitioner, to the account of the complainant, respondent had indicated that a proper communication would be sent to the S'*" respondent to de-freeze the petitioner’s account, soon after the credit of the amount to the account of the complainant, the 4*^ respondent has not addressed any communication to the respondent so far. It is submitted that it is more than a year since the wrongly credited amount remitted to the account of the complainant.

submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. If the amount is credited to the account of the complainant, there remains nothing for further investigation in the matter, and in the event there are no further suspicious transactions or wrongly
5 credited amount into the account of the petitioner, the 4*^ respondent shall forthwith address a letter to the 5'^ respondent duly communicating information of de-freezing the account of the petitioner at any rate within one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no

order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
