The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 29.06.2025, at about 02:30 p.m., Gumla Police apprehended co- accused Muntjir Ansari while he was traveling on a motorcycle near Santoshi Mandir, Toto. 4. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner was also possessing a stolen motorcycle and the same was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of the said motorcycle. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
