This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the FIR No.418/2015 registered at Police Station Kho-Nagoriyan, District Jaipur (East) for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits the factual report dated 12.06.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per the said report, it is stated that in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, negative final report on the basis of civil nature of the case has been submitted before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.12, Jaipur Ist Metropolitan Jaipur. 4.
