In the order dated 02-06-2026, this Court had recorded the submissions of Mr. M.L.Nongpiur, learned counsel for the respondent No. 5, who had submitted that the State respondents by an order dated 27-05- 2026, had directed for reconstitution of the School Managing Committee of the Janapriya Higher Secondary School, Bholarbhita, West Garo Hill. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 that with the said order wherein the meeting has been scheduled to be held on 08-06- 2026, the instant matter has been rendered infructuous. 2. Mr. S.Dey, learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that this order is not to the knowledge of the general public or the stake holders, 2026:MLHC:536 3 and in this regard has filed a misc. application for stay of the order dated 27- 05-2026. 3. This Court has perused the said order and also a Notice dated 29-05- 2026 issued by the respondent No. 5 to the Parents and Guardian of the Janapriya Higher Secondary School, Bholarbhita, to be present in the meeting to reconstitute the School Managing Committee. In the considered view of this Court, though vehement objections have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no interference is called for with regard to the schedule of meeting, but only that the same should be announced and informed to the Parents and Guardians of the students Janapriya Higher Secondary School who are interested to be present to reconstitute of the new School Managing Committee. As it has been given in the order that the said meeting will be held under the supervision of an Observer from the State government, it is expected that the Deputy Commissioner shall depute a responsible Officer who shall be present in the proceedings to avoid any untoward incidents. 4.
