The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Petition may kindly be allowed and the entire proceeding in Criminal Case 414/2022 (Annexure P-1), pending in the Court of Learned J.M.F.C. Pithora, arising out of FIR No. 304/2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station- Pithora, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charges have already been framed against the petitioner and the same needs to be challenged further. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law. 5.
