Burgohain, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party/appellant. Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by an order dated 17.09.2024, passed in I.A.(Civil)/1539/2024, this Court has directed the opposite party/Insurance Company to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance of the said order, the opposite party/Insurance company had already deposited 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry. By filing this application, the applicant prays for release of the said 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry to the applicant/claimant. The learned counsel for the opposite party/Insurance company has no objection. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to release the 50% of the total awarded amount deposited by the opposite party/Insurance company to the applicant/claimant after proper verification and identification by their learned counsel.
