The submission is that despite the clearance of the loan, the Bank is not returning all the documents that are with them, which is furnished at the time of mortgage. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that if a direction is issued to furnish the documents in the light of the closure of the loan would suffice for the present. 3. In that light, the petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent - Bank to furnish all the documents to the petitioners, in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
