Sri.Uday Prakash Muliya., counsel on behalf of Sri.Kamaluddin., for the petitioner and Sri.Mahantesh Shettar., AGA for respondents 1 to 3 have appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of direction against respondents 1 to 3 to protect her as well as her husband, Sri.Bishnu Prasad's life and dignity, being invaded and threatened by the fourth respondent and his family members and direct the fourth respondent and his family members not to interfere into life and liberty of the petitioner and her husband, on the following facts and circumstances. - 3 -

3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Uday Prakash Muliya., submits that as of today there is no threat by the fourth respondent. However, the petitioner apprehends threat in future. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 5.
Taking note of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that there is no threat as of today, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture.
