Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.99/2025 registered at Police Station Mansalpur, District Karauli for the offence(s) under Sections 137(2) & 87 of BNS. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that information to the victim has already been given. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the victim. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 4. Having perused the allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping a minor girl, the minor girl has been recovered; there is no allegation in respect of offence under Section 87 of BNS; there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner; petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025; further custody of petitioner is not [2025:RJ-JP:23551] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-8040/2025] required for further investigation; the conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Ramkesh S/o Ramdayal shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
