Maurya, learned Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Instructions have been placed before the Court, which are taken on record. 3. Learned Chief Standing Counsel informs the Court that the order dated 24.07.2020 has already been recalled as well as the order dated 24.07.2006 and the allotment order dated 17.02.1997 has been cancelled by the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in revision filed under Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act. 4. As the allotment made in favour of the petitioner has already been cancelled by the order of the Commissioner passed in revision and the said order has not been subjected to challenge, the writ petition has become infructuous and stands dismissed. 5.
