An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 25th March, 2026. In the 4th paragraph of the order be read as follows: “Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the Pradhan, Pundari Gram Panchayat, being the 4th respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 3rd July, 2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner/his authorized representative and the private respondents, in accordance with law.”. The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 25th March, 2026. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
