The writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no.2 to decide the Stay Application filed in Revision No.486/M (Computer Case No.C-202415000002261) (Swaminath Vs. Collector/Controlling Authority, Regulated Area Mau), U/s 15(3) of Regulation of Building Operation Act expeditious and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and till then parties may be directed to maintain status quo." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the stay application filed by the petitioner in Revision No.486/M within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the stay application of the petitioner in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the stay application filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
