The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 69 of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S.
