This is an application filed for recalling of the order dated 31.10.2017 whereby the bail bonds were ordered to be forfeited and liberty was granted for revival of the appeal. 2. The applicant was arrested in May, 2025, thereafter this application for recalling of the order has been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant at this stage submits that the appeal be revived and fixed for hearing in the first week of August, 2025. 4. Considering the intervening gap of almost eight years for which the applicant was absconding, the limited prayer made at this stage is accepted, only the appeal is revived. 5.
