The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No.11 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 316(4), 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner has purchased the land in question in the year 1962 by way of registered sale deed and the allegation of forging of the document is there against Manoj Kumar Pandit and Niraj Kumar, who happened to be employee of Circle Office and that allegation is not against the petitioner and one of the co-accused has been directed to surrender in A.B.A. No.4193 of 2025. 2025:JHHC:22979 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4212 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 5. In view of the above and considering that in A.B.A. No.4193 of 2025 direction has been issued to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and in view of that the same order is being passed, as such the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court will release the petitioner on the terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
