PUBLIC PROSECUTOR THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Judgment dated 05.10.2009 passed in Crl.A.No.41 of 2007 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam. 2. The petitioner and defacto complainant are present. The defacto complainant is impleaded in this Revision as Respondent No.2 as per the Judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Jagjeet Singh & Others Vs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu and Another1. 3. A joint memo is filed by the petitioner and defacto complainant/PW2 stating that they have been residing together and their matrimonial disputes were pacified at the intervention of their elders, relatives and the learned counsels. 4. The trained mediator submitted a Mediator’s Report. The Mediation Report is recorded. Joint memo is also recorded. 5. In view of the Mediator’s Report, the Revision case is disposed of as compromised. 6. Resultantly, the conviction imposed by the learned Trial Court and confirmed by the learned Appellate Court are setaside. The Revisionist is acquitted. No order as to costs.
