Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 3 to 5 in not allowing the petitioner to work as Village Organisation Assistant. Heard Sri P. Madhusudhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for 1st respondent and Sri M.Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents 2 to 5. 2. Petitioner, who is working as Village Organisation Assistant, Velugu Office, Penasam Village, filed present writ petition assailing the action of respondents 3 to 5 in not allowing her to discharge the duties. 3.
Sri M.Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents 2 to 5, has placed on record written instructions and also resolution, dated 03.04.2025, passed by the Penasam Village Podupu Society, whereby, petitioner came to be removed from the post of Village Organisation Assistant and new person came to be appointed. 4. In view of the same, petitioner is permitted to take appropriate steps to lay challenge to her removal before appropriate forum. 5.
