We dispose of this WP(PIL) with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner if the same is filed yet again within two weeks from today. Appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law within two months thereafter. No order as to costs.” 2. Counter has been filed on behalf of respondent wherein it is stated that petitioner herself did not file any representation as has been directed by order dated 04.12.2024. In detailed counter filed, it is also mentioned that University 2 CC_2160_2025 had acted promptly and appropriately on complaint dated 09.08.2024, filed by petitioner. Petitioner/complainant had refused to join proceedings before three-member committee. Details thereof have also been mentioned in said counter. 3. Be that as it may, learned counsel for petitioner is unable to deny that such representation in compliance of order dated 04.12.2024, was not submitted, nor is there any such pleading in present petition. 4. Keeping in view above, no contempt as alleged is made out. Rule is accordingly discharged. Contempt case is dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
