For Petitioner: Mr.M.K.Bhoopathy Rajan For Respondent: Mr.S.Sarath Kumar ORDER The unsuccessful tenant in a proceeding arising out of Tamil Nadu Regulation https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP NO. 5571 of 2025 of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 is the revision petitioner. 2.The respondent/landlord sought for eviction of the revision petitioner invoking Section 21(2)(a) of TNRRRL Act alleging that there has been failure to enter into an agreement under Section 4(2) of the Act. 3. The Rent Controller ordered eviction and the appeal preferred by the revision petitioner before the Tribunal was also dismissed. Challenging the concurrent findings, the present revision has been filed. 4. After heaering the counsel for the revision petitioner and finding that there is no merit in the revision, I was inclined to dismiss the revision and at that point of time, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for some time to enable the petitioner to vacate and hand over vacant possession. 5. Today, an affidavit of the petitionier has also been filed, in and by which, the revision petitioner has undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2026 and also pay the rents regularly till such time he vacates the premises. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP NO. 5571 of 2025 6. Therefore, it would suffice to record the undertaking filed by the revision petitioner. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed granting time till 31.03.2026. The petitioner shall have time till 31.03.2026 to vacate the premises peacefully, without any arrears of rent and without driving the respondent to executioin proceedings. 7.
