The reason stated for the delay is that one of the return in the suit was to file the plaintiff's bank account statement and the bank generated the statement only on 23.08.2025 and handed over the same only on 25.08.2025. Therefore the returned papers could not be represented in time. 2. The delay is in refiling only and not in filing. This court has come across many number of cases in which leniency was shown in condoning the delay in refiling.
