Advocate for the State respondent. 2. This matter was listed on 07.03.2025 and order was dictated in the open Court. However, at the time of transcription of the dictation, it has been noticed that in the cause title the name of the petitioner is reflected as “Md. Shaheb Ali” whereas in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the name is only mentioned as “Shaheb Ali” with the omission of “Md”. 3. The name in the cause title and the affidavit being in variance, the order which was dictated on 07.03.2025 was recalled and the matter is listed today again in the motion column. 4. As the name of the petitioner spelt in the affidavit in support of the Page No.# 3/3 writ petition differently than in cause title, the Court is inclined to dismiss this writ petition. However, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again. 5. The Registry shall hand over the vakalatnama as well as the certified copy of the order to the petitioner on being furnished with the photocopy of both the documents to be made a part of the record.
