Case No. 188 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady aged about 25 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Mr. Akhouri Awinash Kumar, learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
