Hirapur, District- Dhanbad.” 3. The only prayer has been made regarding the long pendency of the Miscellaneous Appeal No.12/ 2013. It has been submitted that only two and three dates have been given and thereafter, the matter is pending since year 2013 - 1 - W.P.C No.4592 of 2025 2025:JHHC:25695 and as such direction has been sought for early disposal of the said appeal. 4. In view of the limited prayer, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of directing the authority concerned to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No.12/ 2013 after following due process of law, within nine months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order. 5.
