JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 27/08/2025 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners/defendants with a challenge to ad-interim order dated 05.01.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Tonk whereby, [2025:RJ-JP:34042] (2 of 2) [CW-10159/2025] both the parties were directed to maintain status-quo as regards the suit property. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Temporary Injunction application is pending for disposal on merits since January, 2024 and he made a limited prayer that the learned Court below may be directed to dispose of the Temporary Injunction application on merits at earliest. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the Temporary Injunction application is pending for disposal on merits since 2024 and the reply to the Temporary Injunction application has already been filed by the defendants. This Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the learned Court below is directed to dispose of the Temporary Injunction application on merits at earliest. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Tonk Camp at Deoli to dispose of the Temporary Injunction application No.02/2024 at earliest and preferably within a period of three months from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order. Stay application as well as pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Ashish Kumar /148
