JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 28/07/2025 The present petition is filed with a prayer seeking direction to learned District and Sessions Judge, Alwar, to conduct speedy and expeditious trial in the Case No. 34/29/2018 titled as State vs. Jasvant Singh and Ors., which is subjudice before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.1, Alwar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that trial in a heinous offence is at a snails’ pace. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the concerned Court to evaluate the facts of the matter and pass necessary directions, if required, for speedy and expeditious disposal. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned District Judge, Alwar. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
