The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. On 18.06.2023, petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S.
