Case No.04 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 302, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to be one of the members of mob who entered into the house of the informant and killed his wife and set ablaze the motorcycle in question. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
