Case No. 17 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 273 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken for the said offence, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 09.03.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted several Dawali blow on the husband of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
