GP FOR HOME The Court Made the Following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not taking up investigation in FIR No.152/2020 dated 2 14.08.2020 registered against the respondents 4 to 7 for the offences punishable under Sections 207 427 447 453 456 461 r/w Sec 34 of IPC and Sec 1563 of Cr P 0 on the file of 3rd respondent against respondents 4 to 7 by arresting the accused for the offences committed by them as illegal irregular irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the crime and prosecute the respondents No 4 to 7 for appropriate offences under penal provisions of law” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat and requests this Court to close the present petition. 3.
