This interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer for restore/revive the Cont.Cas(C) No. 475/2018, which was closed by the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court. It is submitted at the bar that vide order dated 05.02.2024, the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been disposed of by rejecting her prayer and therefore, the order dated 26.10.2017, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 7790/2016 has been complied with. At this stage, Mr. Sarmah seeks leave of this Court to assail the order dated 05.02.2024 by filing appropriate proceeding.
