Perusing the record it appears that the petitioner approached the PSI, Bavlu Police Station in November, 2022 which is produced at Annexure-A to this petition and present petition is filed in March, 2023. Till date, not a single notice is issued in the matter and learned advocate for the petitioner has not remained present. Hence, no case is made out to issue any direction as sought for in exercise of powers under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Present petition is dismissed.
