The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 4.1.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 44763 of 2023. Pursuant to order dated 1.5.2025, Sri Akhilesh Yadav, Assistant Block Development Officer (Panchayat) Block Uska Bazar, Siddharth Nagar is present before this Court. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for opposite parties has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party nos. 1 & 2 respectively regarding discharge of contempt proceedings as well as compliance of order of Writ Court, which is not objected by learned counsel for the applicant. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavits are taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the orders passed by the opposite parties before appropriate forum on merits.
