Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 29 of 2025 arising out of Argora P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 338, 336(3), 111(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- XIII, Ranchi. 3. On 02.10.2024, the petitioner was apprehended along with co- accused Md. Sakib @ Md. Shaquib @ Deva, while they were travelling on a stolen scooty. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2024. It was further submitted that co-accused Md. Sakib has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 6230 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XIII, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
