In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2025 in the light of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in similar matters and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
