The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 (S.T. No.92 of 2025), corresponding to G.R. No. 464 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. It was submitted that the prosecutrix was already married from before. It was further submitted that prosecutrix was a divorcee. Therefore, the petitioner could not have married her. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S.
