Case No. 57 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 307 & 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 08.02.2023, an unknown person fired at the wife of the informant namely Babhni Devi, however she had a providential escape. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Barkagaon (Urimari O.P.)
