This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 10.02.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3174 of 2025. However in the order copy, the sections have been wrongly mentioned as 303(2) of BNS read with Sections 22(1) and 21(4) MMDR Act instead of 303(2) of BNS read with Sections 21(1) and 21(4) of MMDR Act, and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
