Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act and Circulars dated 09.11.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent, as per the orders of Honble Supreme Court in A.S. Narayana Dikshitiulu Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh 1996(9) SCC 548 and consequentially to set aside the auction notification dated 15.07.2024 to the extent of items 17 18 and 19, for which the petitioners are concerned and to direct not to lease out the said lands in public auction which are allowed to enjoy the Archakas for rendering Archakatvam service in lieu of remuneration at respondent no 5 and 6 temples and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to suspend the auction notification dated 15.07.2024 (to the extent of items 17, 18 & 19) so as to conduct public auction either on 26.07.2024 or on other later date so as to lease out the lands in Survey No. 543 to an extent of Acs. 17.03 cents.
