---- 03/25.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No.87 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 306 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate – XIV, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to accident the husband of the informant has died. He submits that in the FIR itself it has been disclosed that he has climbed on the electricity pole and while he was alighting from the said pole, he lost the control and fallen down and due to that the death has occurred. He submits that there is no allegation of abetment against the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has called the deceased and he has

gone along with him.

Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that the deceased has climbed on the electricity pole and while he was alighting from the said pole, he has lost his control and due to fall he has been declared dead and how the petitioner has instigated upon the deceased is not disclosed, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate – XIV, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No.87 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
