In some of the cases, in the light of certain objections raised by the rival parties/neighbours, they have also sought for police protection, at the time of conducting the survey. 5.In the considered view of this Court, since the issues involved are common in all these writ petitions, these writ petitions can be disposed of in the following terms: (a)It is left open to the concerned Tahsildar/Surveyor to take note of the title documents relied upon by the parties and the pattas/joint pattas that are also relied upon in some of the cases. (b)The Tahsildar/Surveyor concerned shall act upon the online applications submitted by the respective petitioners and shall conduct survey in the subject property, in line with the title documents and the pattas that are relied upon by the respective parties and complete the survey, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
