JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 14/07/2025 The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.151/2025, registered at Police Station Mantown, District Sawai Madhopur for offences under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 319(2) of BNS. Learned Public Prosecutor has furnished a factual report dated 09.07.2025 and has submitted that there are approximately ten criminal antecedents registered against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner, Anuradha and Sunita are found to be involved in the instant matter. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has noted that disputed questions of facts are involved in the instant matter and investigation is warranted in the instant matter and as per the settled position law, powers conferred under Section 528 B.N.S.S be exercised in rarest of rarest cases.
