(2 of 4) [WMAP-293/2025]
2.
Learned counsel for the applicants-respondents submits that while hearing the petition submitted by the petitioner this Court vide order dated 28.05.2025 has directed the respondents-RUHS to change the centre of the petitioner for PUC Examination (Internal) from R.R. Dental College, Udaipur to RUHS Government College, Jaipur. Counsel submits that in fact no internal exam is supposed to be taken at RUHS Government College, Jaipur. The RUHS Government College, Jaipur is supposed to take the practical examination of the petitioner, hence, under these circumstances, slight clarification is required. In support of his contentions, he has placed reliance upon the guidelines issued by the Dental Council of Inida.
3. Per contra, learned counsel for the student-petitioner- Shashank Jorwal opposed the arguments raised by the counsel for the applicants-respondents and submitted that on account of personal grudges with the Darshan Dental College, the petitioner had apprehension that he might meet with unwanted circumstances or untoward incident, hence, under such circumstances, a prayer was made for change of centre for appearing in theory as well as in the internal examination. Counsel submits that considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this Court was not inclined to change the examination centre of the petitioner for appearing in theory paper, but so far as his prayer for appearing in internal examination at RUHS Government College is concerned, the same was accepted by this Court vide order dated
(3 of 4) [WMAP-293/2025] 28.05.2025, hence, under these circumstances, no modification in the order dated 28.05.2025 is required.

2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that college administration, where the petitioner is studying, is having personal grudges against him so, the petitioner is under apprehension that he may meet with any unwanted circumstances, therefore, in order to avoid the said eventuality, direction sought for in the application be issued.
3. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents opposed the arguments raised by the counsel for the petitioner and submits that for theory examination, the examination centre assigned to the petitioner is Government College of Nursing M.B. 5. Considering the arguments put forward by the counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to change the examination centre of the petitioner for appearing in theory paper, but so far as the second prayer with regard to

Dental College, Udaipur to RUHS Government College, Jaipur.

Dental College, Udaipur to RUHS Government College, Jaipur.
7. It has been apprised at Bar that the practical examination of the petitioner has already been taken.
8. This Court finds no substance to entertain the instant misc. application, as the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court, is clear and specific. By entertaining this application, this Court is not going to reopen the whole case again and pass fresh orders.
