The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara. On 21.04.2025 at about 01:30 noon, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the son and the wife of the informant. Son of the informant succumbed to his injuries. There is specific allegation of assault against both these petitioners. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
